Boy, that was sad. And one of the things I love about this pairing: it's fiery and rocky and they both fail at communicating. I like to think that this isn't the end of them in this universe. Harry needs to get his shit together and Draco...well, when does Draco ever not need to get his shit together. Good job! Short but poignant.
