Tonight, I remembered reading these a while back for various LOTR characters, and I had the idea of writing a few for HP. I thought I'd better check and see if anyone else has already done it, though. Well here it is. Unfortunately, there isn't one for Draco or anyone else, but this author claims that he/she will write others (though this was posted back in february).
This author received permission from the original "Owner's guide and maintenance manual" creator from LOTR. I guess I could contact her too, if I really want to do it, but it'd feel like plagiarism since someone already made one for HP.
