My to do list for the coming week
Oct. 12th, 2006 08:23 pmMust</> Do:
1. Study for German film exam
2. Study for History Exam
3. Read the novel I'll be writing a paper about in Austrian lit and gather research materials.
4. Find a piece of 18th century European lit to read for my essay in history and begin reading it.
5. Do archaeology assignment.
6. Finish essay for my mythology class.
7. Finally begin revisions on last semester's honors thesis.
8. Fold the laundry I did last Sunday...
Want to do, but probably won't have time to:
9. Write chapter 4 of Cafe Tarot.
10. Go to the King Tut exhibit at the Field Museum
11. Party? See my friends? Do something for myself?
... Yeah. Busy week ahead. The two exams are essay exams. You need to really know the material in order to do well. That's a problem because some of the texts from the film class are so difficult to read I can barely understand what they're about. And they're in English! Also, when I signed up for the class I had no idea it would involve more reading than my lit class!
Can anyone recommend a good 18th century novel of historical significance, available in English? My brain is kinda overloaded atm.
