When Harry woke up to find the space next to him empty, but still warm, he knew that Draco was up to no good. Flinging back the covers, he got out of bed and tiptoed down the stairs. A glance around the corner and into the living room revealed that Draco was standing by the fireplace, suspiciously close to the Christmas stockings.
“Draco Malfoy, tell me you did not just peek into that stocking!”
Harry hadn’t actually seen his husband peeking, but he didn’t need to. The crimson blush spreading over Draco’s cheeks confirmed that he’d seen what was inside.
