I've finally submitted my Emofest fic. Usually I'm fairly happy with my fest fics, but this one makes me want to give up writing! The first half was really good, and then I went screwed the whole thing up. Bah! I love fests, I really do, but I just didn't give myself enough time for this one. I didn't realize how busy this week would be!

First day of work in the morning. I am sooo nervous. Bet I'll get fired on the first day.

I know just what you mean with busyness and fests. I'm insanely busy this week (and should NOT be on LJ) because I'm going home on Saturday. But, I suppose once I'm back from uni I'll have time to write Shag A Son.

Your fic is fine. We're our own worst critics, after all. I've cranked fics out in a rush and hated them, only to have them garner more oohs and aahs than ones I'd slaved over. *head desk* One for HD365 in particular stands out. I had to whip up a replacement fic at the last moment, and it was only about 180 words, yet so many people just loved it. I was like, "What fic are you reading?!" Ha ha ha!
