Heh. In this case, it's nothing that affected me very much personally. But I'll take a hug.

I think fandom etiquette is a bit like real-life etiquette--some people have a better grasp of it than others. Or maybe they just don't care. Either way, it's nothing you did. :)

Actually, no. I don't think this person, or other people who do this, mean any harm. They just probably don't realize they might be hurting people's feelings.

Heh... I can think of a few things that fit that description. Oh, fandom. But thankfully there are a lot of very nice people around as well. :)

See that was what was made me reply. I knew it couldn't possilby be me, yet I tried to find ways in which it could have been me, if that makes any sense. I think there's this underlying feeling of guilt and that somehow I must have done something wrong.

It sounds as though the person didn't do it intentionally, which is a comfort, but I suppose there will always be people that don't think about others before they act. I certainly know a few of them in rl.

The thoughtlessness of some fellow humans amazes me. Unfortunately, people are people, and no matter where you are, there will always be people simply concerned with their own affairs and oblivious to everyone else.

Whether the thoughtlessness is intentional or not is an entirely different story.
