The first time Harry tried to stick his hand inside Draco's Y-fronts, he was hit by a red light and catapulted backwards over the end of the bed.

Draco had failed to tell him about the Chastity Belt. He said he'd been too embarrassed; that he'd hoped the spell had worn off over the years. Harry thought it was more likely Draco found pleasure in seeing him stunned by his cock.

The second time Harry wanted to have fun, he was a little smarter – or so he thought. He came up with the brilliant idea that, if he and Draco were to rub against each other – fully clothed – until they came, no direct genital contact would be involved and the spell wouldn't be activated. He was wrong. The moment his erection pressed against Draco's, he felt an electric shock to his groin. His whole body shook, and then he was knocked off the other boy, wiry hair sticking out in all directions on his head.

The third time, he thought they'd found a loophole that would at least allow them to get off. It had been Draco's idea. They lay together in Draco's bed at Hogwarts, legs tangled, each boy wanking himself as they snogged. Faster and faster their hands moved, until their kissing grew careless and they were mostly just panting and moaning against each other's mouths. When they recovered enough to clean up after themselves, they saw that their spunk had left stains on their hands. Harry's hand had turned an embarrassing magenta in the places it had been covered by come, and Draco's an acid green. No soap or spell or potion could get rid of the stains, which took almost a month to fade. Harry and Draco considered protecting their hands and trying again, either with gloves or charms, but they feared their efforts would be in vain.

There wasn't a fourth time. Harry had learned his lesson.

The Chastity Belt Charm, Draco had explained, was very popular with pure-blood families; it helped ensure that their children didn't produce offspring with unacceptable partners. In the old days, the Belt remained intact until a person was married. Now it was usually designed to deactivate at the age of twenty if the person wasn't married by then. Most wizarding families agreed that, by that age, their children were capable of making wise decisions regarding sex.

That was two years from now. Harry doubted he could wait that long. He suspected he'd be proposing to Draco the moment they finished school.

He didn't.

They were a few months shy of twenty when Harry proposed. The wedding wouldn't take place until shortly after Draco's twentieth birthday.

As Harry lay in bed with Draco, his fingertips drawing circles on the inside of a pale thigh while he waited for the clock to strike 12:01 a.m. when the Belt would disappear, he knew he'd made the right decision. When Harry finally pushed into Draco, shivering with pleasure at the tightness around his cock and the way Draco's mouth was open in a silent moan, he could say with certainty that yes, this moment was worth having waited for.

And, a week later, when Harry spoke his vows, he felt good knowing that it was because he wanted to, because he loved Draco, and not because he wanted to get shagged.
