Want Podfic?

I'm working on improving my speech as part of my efforts to get into acting. Although I was born and raised in the U.S., I seem to have developed a bit of an accent, since we always spoke Polish at home and I was really shy and quiet at school when I was young, so I didn't speak enough English during my formative years. Anyway, I feel like this is an obstacle, especially considering that it's not even a typical Slavic accent -- it's just weird-- so I've been trying to get rid of it by recording myself and playing it back. But I'm getting bored of reading random bits of text, so I thought I'd offer to record podfic for anyone who's interested. Don't worry, my English is perfectly understandable; it's just a little... off.

I prefer to read Drarry or Thorki, but if you have anything including at least one of those characters, ask me and it should be okay. This is completely free, though I would appreciate any tips regarding my diction/pronunciation, if you're able to articulate what I'm doing wrong.

Feel free to have at anything of mine. Personally, I think it would be funny to hear you or anyone read the Halloween fic I wrote this year, in which Harry's fake vampire fangs made him lisp. *laughs* Or, the pecker pepper drunk!Draco fic I wrote. That one begs for a live reading, too.

I understand what you mean, I have an accent too :) Maybe I'll try to do a podfic one day. I'll even try it in Spanish :) You can use any of mine. I think I have some H/D somewhere around my journal :D
