Although I have no canon basis for it, I prefer James to Al. In my imagination he's the cockier, more outgoing one, like his grandfather. I suppose its because of the name.
There kind of is canon basis for it... we see in the epilogue that he teases Al and rushes off to his friends, while Al stays and bitches at his Daddy has a fret *g*
